Do you need clear answers on how to get a loan modification?
I can not seem to get any straight answer on getting a loan modification we need. I heard that it is good to go late in their payments? Someone said that it increases the chances of getting modified? Am really frustrated because nobody seems to give a clear answer to. Please help!
David, there is only one entity that can give accurate information you need for your loan, and that is your lender. No one else can modify your loan and no one knows what their specific criteria is for modification. We can guess, but you can call and get the correct information directly from them.
